Our fruit gin liqueurs are completely different to the shop bough flavoured gin liqueurs. We use real fruits which makes them slightly more expensive. We feel that they are still worth making. In February new batches of Blackberry and Apple, Cherry Bakewell and possibly Mango or Grapefruit and Pink Peppercorn. There will only be 10 bottles of each made.
One of only a handful of producers now who use real fruits.
Every gin and gin liqueur is made with love and care. We are passionate about what we do. The time it takes to infuse and then finish ready for bottling is lengthy but worth it.
